About The Position

As a Night Auditor at Hyatt Regency Greenville, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. You will be responsible for overseeing the night shift, reconciling daily financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service to guests. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and hotel property management systems (PMS).
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Conduct the night audit process, including verifying the accuracy of guest accounts, balancing financial transactions, and preparing reports.
Greet and assist guests during the overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service.
Handle check-ins and check-outs for late-night arrivals and early departures.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring surveillance cameras and performing safety and security checks.
Prepare and serve coffee and refreshments for early morning guests.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to communicate important information and ensure a seamless transition to the day shift.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
