About The Position

You own the overnight operation. You keep the property secure, balanced, and guest-ready for the next day. You handle front desk responsibilities, complete daily financial reporting, and set up the morning team for success.

Requirements

  • Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail. Mistakes show up in the numbers
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable and consistent attendance. This shift cannot miss
  • Ability to stay alert and productive overnight
  • Proficient with computers and hotel systems
  • Calm under pressure
  • Good judgment when handling guest issues
  • Accountability. You close the day for the hotel
  • Clear communication

Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out with accuracy and professionalism
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues independently overnight
  • Complete nightly audit and balance all hotel revenue and transactions
  • Reconcile cash, credit cards, and system reports
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports for management
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk and lobby area
  • Conduct property walks to ensure safety and security standards
  • Set up basic breakfast area (as needed) for morning service
  • Communicate clear shift notes for the morning team
