About The Position

Night Auditor – Part Time Shade Hotel at the Marina is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our team. This role combines front desk operations with end-of-day financial procedures to ensure smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. Perform accurate nightly audits, balance transactions, and generate end-of-day reports. Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy and efficiency. Monitor hotel security through regular walk-throughs, ensuring safety for guests and property. Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs. Prepare morning setup for dining and office operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. What We’re Looking For Minimum 1-2 years as Night Auditor Knowledge of Opera is a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills; additional languages a plus. Basic math skills for handling cash, computing rates, and preparing reports. Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Familiarity with the local area and ability to provide recommendations. Previous hospitality or front desk experience preferred. Requirements
