Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or night audit

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overnight audit process, including reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during late hours, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Monitor security and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, billing, and updating guest records
  • Collaborate with daytime staff to ensure continuity of service and communication
