About The Position

Are you friendly and able to work in a fast-paced environment? The Hotel Night Auditor attends to guests’ needs, included, but not limited to, registration, checkout, and cashiering. Requirements

  • 18 or older required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays - Wednesday - Saturday / 11pm - 9am
  • Strong Accounting skills / mindset preferably in a hotel environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer skills
  • Previous Hotel / Restaurant POS system experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions and reconcile any discrepancies for all venues to include: Retail, Banquets, Restaurant, Snack Bar, Lounge and Golf
  • Prepare daily reports, including revenue and occupancy reports
  • Post all Banquet event charges/checks
  • Respond to guest inquiries overnight and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out, process payments, and make reservations as needed
  • Monitor guest requests and ensure they are completed accurately and timely
  • Monitor hotel security and report any suspicious activity or incidents
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout their stay
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws
  • Other duties as assigned
