About The Position

The Night Auditor role involves all aspects of Guest Relations, including the check-in/out process, handling inquiries, making or modifying reservations, running night audit reports, and providing recommendations to enhance guest stays. The position also requires occasional cleaning or assistance to other departments as needed, with the ultimate goal of ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. Requirements

Flexibility to work in shifts and report for scheduled shifts
Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
Excellent organization skills
Ability to follow instructions
High School Diploma or GED
Computer literacy
Ability to effectively communicate with guests in a professional manner
An energetic and outgoing personality
Ability to handle cash and credit cards accurately
Ability to demonstrate teamwork
Ability to protect guest information and ensure privacy
Ability to attempt to resolve complaints immediately and take ownership of situations
Ability to complete all Brand and Company Training in a timely manner
Ability to strive to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
Ability to complete any work or projects assigned by supervisor

Nice To Haves

Hotel Experience with IHG, Marriott, or Hilton HotelKey or PEP PMS preferred
AA or Bachelors Degree
Work experience in Customer Service in the Hospitality Field
Experience with hotel operation systems
