About The Position
Night Auditor- Residence Inn by Marriott Hazleton, PA Personally greets guests, registers guests, makes room assignments, provides transportation, and supports all other functions of the hotel in such a manner that exceeds company quality service and profit expectations. Completing all duties of the front desk checklist and reports. Completing reports and logs distributing the completed forms to the appropriate individuals. Completing the shift audit – balancing all transactions as well as cash, dropping and recording the correct deposit, and closing out of all accounts. Performs all functions of the nightly audit. Responds promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and/or complaints in a timely professional manner. Records all requests and complaints on appropriate log in order to ensure follow up and communication to the management staff; never allows a guest to leave the hotel unsatisfied.
