Responsibilities What will I be doing? The Night Auditor position is leading all aspects of the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the resort continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. You will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following activities to the highest standards: Accurately balances daily revenue and expense transactions, identifies and resolves out of balance items, prepares management reports, and ensures errors are corrected to prevent recurrence. Confirms all charges are properly posted to guest folios or master accounts with complete supporting documentation; reconciles transactions to the general ledger, prepares backup files, and completes daily system closeout. Generates housekeeping and departure reports, compiles daily revenue documentation, and manages cash funds including daily deposits and month end account balancing. Performs front desk duties—check in, check out, cashiering, and overnight guest services—while processing advance deposits and assisting guests and owners with exceptional hospitality. Provides support to additional departments as needed, such as bell services and phone operations; reports unresolved guest or owner concerns to management. Maintains a clean and organized work area, offers information on resort amenities and local attractions, and consistently supports team operations with a collaborative, “pitch in” demeanor. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Proficient English language, able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Customer service or similar related experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree/College Degree
  • 1 year auditing experience
  • Resort hospitality experience.
