Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs of guests.
• Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to effectively communicate with guests.
• Monitor phone systems and respond promptly to calls from guests or staff.
• Prepare daily reports summarizing occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
