About The Position
The Night Auditor is responsible for providing a high level of focus on guest satisfaction through building guest relations and being attentive to guest needs. This role includes greeting and welcoming all guests in a sincere, professional, and friendly manner, accurately processing hotel reservations, assigning rooms, and handling guest requests. The Night Auditor also completes audit reports, processes, and management reports on a nightly basis, acting as the Manager on Duty for the Hotel and assuming responsibilities accordingly.
