Requirements

  • Ability to take written and verbal direction and speak English clearly.
  • Ability to relate to the public in a warm, friendly manner.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels’ policies and procedures for guest services.
  • Ability to handle money, make change and utilize office machines.
  • Must be willing and able to work alone as scheduled.

Responsibilities

  • Performs all front desk related functions including checking guests in/out, promoting sales related programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, etc.
  • Responsible for auditing the previous day’s receipts to verify and balance entries, runs reports and verifies accuracy of information.
  • May assist with set up of breakfast, including food preparation, set up, service and/or cleaning.
  • Ensures guest safety and security during overnight hours.
  • Provides courteous, efficient, friendly service to all guests and potential guests.
  • Responds promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints.
  • Contributes to maintaining a positive work environment for the team and guests.
