Responsibilities

• Check front office accounting records for accuracy.
• Compile information for financial records.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide guests with information about hotel services.
• Accommodate guests during their stay in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Post all charges and secure assigned bank.
• Maintain the security of cash, credit card transactions, and guest information.
• Process all cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Balance the computer system posting against department balances.
• Complete daily auditing, balancing, and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety policies and security procedures.
• Run all audit reports and complete reporting requirements.
