About The Position

As a front desk team member, you will perform all front desk related functions including checking guests in/out, promoting sales related programs, maintaining guest records, and cash handling. You will also be responsible for auditing the previous day’s receipts, running reports, and verifying accuracy of information. This position may also assist with breakfast setup, food preparation, service, and cleaning. You will be the only team member on property for the majority of the work shift and must be willing to work alone, ensuring guest safety and security during overnight hours. Your role is crucial in providing an exceptional guest experience by delivering courteous, efficient, and friendly service.
