Responsibilities

• Processing credit card transactions and other charges for the day
• Handling phone system, transferring calls, and managing reservations
• Verifying, balancing, and reviewing hotel room availability
• Performing check-in and check-out procedures
• Administering guest payment policies and identifying errors from the day shifts
• Preparing folios for morning departing guests
• Maintaining overall lobby appearance and assisting with AM breakfast setup if needed
• Being versed in all hotel emergency procedures
