The hotel delivers a fantastic food and beverage product with Mobius Bar & Grill located on premise - a relaxed and flexible environment, serving in house and external guests.Job DescriptionPullman Sydney Airport is currently seeking a part-time (4 days per week) Night Auditor to join our close-knit team in our luxury property boasting 229 rooms and suites with extensive meeting facilities. As a Night Auditor, your over night shifts will include:Assist the Night Manager in cross checking and balancing work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift basisEnsure the highest level of customer service is offered and maintained at all times to all guestsProvide efficient service for guest registration and departureAssisting with in Room Dining and other guest requestsMaintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful informationMaintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safetyQualificationsThe successful candidate will have:Energy, enthusiasm and creativity to bring a personal touch to our guestsCustomer focus & strong communication skillsImmaculate presentationStrong analytical skills, financial knowledge or experience desirableA passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for working with people from all over the worldMust be reliable with the ability to work 4 days a week on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidaysMust have Valid NSW RSA Competency CardMust have full working rights in AustraliaAdditional InformationAt Accor, we believe HOSPITALITY IS A WORK OF HEART!By joining Accor, every chapter of your story is yours to write and together we can imagine tomorrow's hospitality.
