Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service environment, POS, credit and cash handling, front desk and night audit is preferred.
• Good communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately handle money and count change.
• Experience in data entry using MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide friendly guest services to check in and out of the hotel efficiently.
• Run night audit function, reconcile credit card payments, guest folio, billing and corrections.
• Review pending advance deposits and charges.
• Quote room rates and room package information.
• Complete shift closing, drop cash and POS payments, securing the bank at all times and follow proper cash handling policies.
