About The Position

As a Front Desk Night Auditor Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work independently while providing crucial information to all departments to successfully manage the resort. Our Front Desk Night Auditor Supervisor will be responsible to complete all required audits and reporting tasks each night. This is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. This position is the ambassador of the Front Desk.

Requirements

  • At least two years in related field preferred
  • Experience directly supervising team members preferred
  • Previous customer related experience an asset
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable, must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays and overnight shifts

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the overnight front desk team to ensure exceptional guest service and adherence to hotel standards.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact during overnight shifts, managing all guest interactions with professionalism.
  • Support and coach night audit agents/front desk staff on guest service standards, operational procedures, and problem resolution.
  • Monitor lobby presence and ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and guest ready.
  • Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial activity and ensure proper revenue posting across all outlets.
  • Review and balance room revenue, restaurant and outlet charges, and front desk postings.
  • Prepare daily summary reports, including occupancy, revenue, and market segmentation.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in guest folios and billing.
  • Maintain the security and safety of the hotel by supporting overnight security efforts and responding to any incidents as needed.
  • Connect with engineering and housekeeping teams at the start of each shift to align on pending tasks, room statuses, and any operational needs.
  • Ensure a smooth shift transition by preparing shift reports and updating communication logs.
  • Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, room changes, and emergency situations with professionalism.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Train, guide, and support new or existing team members during night shifts.
