We’re seeking a Full Time or Part Time Night Auditor/ Guest Specialist Hybrid to join the Front Office team. As the Night Auditor, you will create a welcoming environment for all who come to our lobby during the overnight hours, ensuring our guests’ experience is not just good, but GREAT! As a Guest Specialist, you will combine exceptional hospitality with efficient front desk operations to ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for. Candidates with the availability to work two overnight shifts (11pm-7am) and two or three PM shifts (3pm-11pm) are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- A customer‑focused mindset and comfort interacting with the public
- Ability to work overnight hours
- Some college coursework preferred
- Prior hospitality experience specifically at a hotel’s front desk.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with OPERA is a plus.
- Ability to lift to 25 lbs. and stand for up to six hours at a time.

- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring every interaction is warm, efficient, and memorable.
- Enthusiastically provide guidance on the hotel’s amenities including our three restaurants.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve questions or concerns
- Complete nightly audit procedures, balancing daily transactions
- Report on the nightly operational happenings to appropriate departments
- Maintain an energetic, organized, and engaging lobby environment
- Assist the security, housekeeping and restaurant teams to deliver seamless service
