About The Position
The NICU Nurse Manager will oversee the operations of a 30-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in a leading hospital in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role involves leading the evening shift, ensuring high-quality care for premature and critically ill newborns, and supporting the Pediatric Unit and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) during management absences.
