This role upholds the highest standards of patient safety, evidence-based neonatal practice, staff engagement, and family-centered care. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in nursing with a related certification (master's degree preferred) and have at least five years of neonatal experience, including prior supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
