Under the general direction of a designated supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for performing administrative and technical duties to support the Department's Crime Gun Intelligence Center and the Firearms and National Integrated Ballistics Information Network (NIBIN) program. The incumbent will also assist and support Crime Gun Intelligence Center Detectives with investigative leads and analytical support. Furthermore, the incumbent will assist in developing, establishing, and organizing work processes and procedures to deliver program services, evaluate effectiveness of programs and efficiency of processes, and implement prescribed program guidelines and objectives. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
