The NHHI Program Coordinator will work collaboratively, with the Director of Program Development and Quality, the Medical Director(s) and Hospital leadership of the Interventional Cardiology (Cath lab & Structural Heart), to develop and coordinate program activities in order to achieve and maintain the highest clinical outcomes and a superior patient experience. The NHHI Program Coordinator designs, implements, and evaluates system-wide program components, as applicable, for each clinical entity within the scope of the NHHI Interventional Cardiology program. This person is responsible for development, maintenance, and implementation activities relating to growing the program, quality improvement, data management, outreach and marketing, utilization of support services, capital equipment and supply selection, etc.

  • Work collaboratively with the Director of Program Development and Quality, Medical Director(s), and Hospital leadership.
  • Develop and coordinate program activities to achieve and maintain high clinical outcomes.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate system-wide program components for the NHHI Interventional Cardiology program.
  • Manage development, maintenance, and implementation activities for program growth.
  • Oversee quality improvement, data management, outreach and marketing, and utilization of support services.
  • Select capital equipment and supplies.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of four years of recent experience in an interventional Cardiac Cath lab.
  • Strong administrative, management, and supervisory experience.
  • Ability to plan, organize, direct, and control activities within a hospital or similar entity.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, providers, and allied health professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to educate others and serve as a positive change agent.
  • Cardiac Cath lab experience preferred.
