As an NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) Sales Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of advancing genomic research and clinical diagnostics. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology or related field (MS/PhD preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years with molecular biology techniques and NGS applications.
  • Strong technical knowledge of NGS workflows and data interpretation.
  • Proven sales or commercial experience in Life Sciences (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel extensively (50–75%, including overnight stays).

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth in select locations by executing strategic plans and expanding market share.
  • Identify and develop opportunities through networking, events, campaigns, and direct outreach.
  • Build strong relationships with researchers, lab directors, and key decision-makers.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and training to showcase NGS solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Provide hands-on support for installations, troubleshooting, and post-sales service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and influence product development.
  • Stay ahead of NGS trends and share insights to guide innovation and strategy.
