About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented summer intern to join the NextGen team. The right candidate will work in 1 of 3 areas across the program; Organizational Change Management (OCM), Program Management (PMO) and/or Data. These roles offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a large-scale business transformation project with a focus on SAP, Ariba, and other innovative technology.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Training: Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials, including demos, FAQs, and e-learning content.
• Support the development of training schedules and coordinate logistics for training sessions.
• Gather feedback from trainers to improve training programs and materials.
• Communication: Assist with the development and distribution of internal communications, including newsletters, briefing decks, social media postings, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure clear and consistent messaging across the program.
• Project Management: Provide support in planning, executing, and monitoring program activities.
• Help track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Data: Collaborate with team to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Assist in data validation, cleansing, and analysis to ensure data integrity.
• Support the development of reports and dashboards using program tools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to data tools and systems within the appropriate environments.
• Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and issue trackers.
• Ensure all documents are up-to-date and accessible.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on project status, risks, and issues.
