About The Position

Heritage, a division of MileOne Autogroup, invites motivated and ambitious recent college graduates to apply to join our Driven The MileOne Career Program—a highly structured, immersive, and accelerated training and career experience designed to align you with the nation’s most stable and resilient industries. This role was created to provide recent graduates a supported start and training program in the automotive industry. This immersive program offers a clear path to build real-world skills, confidence and the foundation to grow into future leaders. Compensation: $4,500 per month during DRVIEN program, corresponding position pay plan to follow. Requirements

  • Graduate with a bachelor or associate degree (all majors welcome).
  • Eager to learn and motivated to contribute immediately.
  • Strong communicators with an interest in business operations or customer service.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and excited by hands-on learning.
  • Ready to build a long-term career in a stable and growth-oriented industry.
  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
  • Must be able to move and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license required with no more than 2 moving violations.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through key dealership departments, gaining first hand insight into sales, service, accounting, operations, customer experience, and more.
