Responsibilities

• Regularly communicates with patrons as they approach to talk and prepare for photo pictures.
• Greets and engages customers in a jovial manner to help relax children for photos.
• Displays a high degree of professionalism both visually and verbally when interacting with customers.
• Interacts with customers and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Adheres to NEX dress code uniform standards by wearing the Santa Claus costume at all times.
• Carries out the policy of courtesy and service, exercising tact and good manners.
• Responds to inquiries and provides assistance in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
