About The Position

Do you want to contribute to building and protecting the reputation of Procter & Gamble and our brands? As the Newsroom Director, you’ll shape, manage, and execute the communications strategies that power our P&G Newsroom – our hub for daily internal and external content creation, publishing, and amplification across platforms, channels and systems. This role sits within the Global Communications Operations Team and directly leads the organization responsible for editorial excellence, real-time content operations, and capability building. You will coach and develop talent, set clear direction, and ensure our content and channels deliver against business and reputation outcomes. As Newsroom Director, you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate and grow expertise in: Communications strategy and editorial planning Content and channel excellence Data analytics, measurement, and insights Scenario planning and issues management Program and project management Budget stewardship Agency and vendor partnership management Coaching, capability building, and team leadership You will be expected to elevate our global content and channel execution, strengthen newsroom capability, and bring the "outside in" -- introducing new approaches, tools, trends, and measurement practices that keep P&G at the forefront of modern communications.

  • Strong leadership and innovation skills
  • 5-10 Years editorial experience; PR agency experience is a plus
  • 5-10 Years program management experience
  • Experience navigating large, matrixed organizations and driving decision-making
  • 2-5 Years of vendor/agency management experience
  • Ability to relocate to Cincinnati, Ohio
