Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and resources for breaking news.
• Drive multiplatform coverage for major stories.
• Collaborate with VIC, regional, and national teams on news planning.
• Commission diverse, distinctive stories that reflect all Australians.
• Build connections with underrepresented communities.
• Guide and support editorial teams through story production.
• Ensure content meets ABC Editorial Policy and audience expectations.
