NEWS PHOTOGRAPHER/ VIDEOJOURNALIST - WBTV
About The Position
WBTV is looking for an experienced, creative, and talented storyteller to shoot and edit for daily news. We're looking for a self-motivated, positive-thinking, excellent communicator who can work independently and as part of a team. Primary duties include gathering video, interviews, editing for broadcast and digital/social platforms, setting up/executing multiple live shots per shift, and other duties as assigned. We encourage growth through individual feedback and collaborative critiques with our Chief Photographer and group Show & Tell sessions. Experience with camera operation and non-linear editing is required. A drone license or interest in obtaining your license is a huge plus. Please include a reel or examples of your work.
Requirements
- Schedule flexibility is a must. This is a full-time hourly position and may include working overnight, holidays, and weekends as well as some overtime.

- Candidates must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment MVR.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
Nice To Haves
