About The Position

The Photographer/Editor is responsible for video photography and editing of news stories and other special projects for broadcast. This role requires proficiency in non-linear editing, specifically with Avid Newscutter or Media Composer. The Photographer/Editor provides daily video coverage of news, sports, and features on location, demonstrating excellent videography and editing skills. The applicant should have experience with live ENG live truck operations and the use of LiveU live devices, as well as field lighting and audio equipment. A working knowledge of state-of-the-art editing and camera equipment is also necessary. Good judgment is essential for working in the field covering news stories.

Requirements

• Proficient in non-linear editing (Avid Newscutter or Media Composer).
• At least 3 years of experience in videography and editing.
• Experience with live ENG live truck operations.
• Knowledge of field lighting and audio equipment.
• Good judgment for covering news stories.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
