About The Position
WKEF is looking for a dynamic full-time Anchor! In addition to being an outstanding journalist with a great personality, you need to be a team leader and bring a positive energy to a highly interactive five-hour live morning show. We are looking for someone who embraces social media and knows how to consistently engage with the audience. Collaboration with is a big part of this role. The ideal candidate will have: Strong Leadership skills Willing to embrace change and innovate Smooth/pleasant delivery Strong writing skills and news judgment Exemplary communication skills
Requirements
- You must have at least 3 years of on-air experience
- Self-sufficient as a content creator and collaborator on all platforms
- Exceptional written communications skills using a conversational writing style
- Strong editorial judgment and a proven ethical foundation
