In this internship role, you will collaborate on AI-powered solutions aimed at optimizing customer experience, search, recommendation, or content personalization on Newegg's platforms. You will support gaming-related product launches, community campaigns, and PC-building content that targets tech-savvy audiences. Additionally, you will assist with the development of social media content, manage influencer partnerships, and conduct trend analysis across various platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Discord. You will work closely with teams in Tech, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to identify areas for improvement, gather insights, and execute innovative ideas.
