New2U Free Thrift Store employees will oversee Union's clothing upcycling program by running on-campus clothing donation drives and staffing the thift store located in Webster Hall. Requirements

• Ideal candidates will be outgoing, personable, and passionate about supporting their community
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and ability to troubleshoot challenges with wisdom gained from previous experiences are all highly valued in this role.
• General proficiency in Google Workspace is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage New2U Free Thrift Store space in Webster Hall including hosting open shopping hours, and managing stock of clothing and items
• Facilitate clothing drives to collect items from students including advertising, and managing donations
• Host free clothing pop-up events on campus in high traffic locations and at relevant events
• Collaborate with student organizations, departments, and community partners to collaborate on events and programs
• Develop new avenues to promote and support sustainable clothing practices among Union students and community
