About The Position

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work on the Markets Operations team to partner with the Business to provide a comprehensive view of the Commodities Market. As a New York Commodities Trade Support Analyst on The Commodities Trade Support Team, you will be focused on covering physical and financial Metals, Energy and agricultural Exchange-Traded (Ags) executed by the Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) Markets trading business. You'll be responsible for understanding trading structures to accurately capture all transactions, complete reconciliation checks, and ensure controls are performed in a fast paced environment. As the role is located on the trading floor, you'll have firsthand exposure to Metals, Energy, and Ags markets. This role is part of the wider CIB Markets Operations organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Timely and accurate capture of all transactions in the Risk Management System
• Complete intraday / end of day processes including completeness and reconciliation checks to ensure capture of new trading activity and general book management has been processed accurately
• Ensure all controls are diligently performed, completed, and signed off on a timely basis
• Communicate clearly and concisely with all support teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of queries
• Participate and contribute to the various strategic initiatives; keep improving and evolving processes and business architecture
• Build an in-depth understanding of all trading structures from both a financial and operational perspective
