As an assembler at Nidec, you will be responsible for assembling electrical and/or electronic components, sub-assemblies, and complete assemblies of standard or custom designs. You will work from detailed drawings, specifications, and/or schematics, following prescribed procedures and methods. This role requires adjusting, fitting, and aligning to meet specified tolerances, and adherence to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures. Soldering certification is required, and you must properly prepare and apply two-part potting materials. A minimum of 6,000 hours of experience is required to acquire the necessary skills and proficiency in assembly techniques.
