Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivated and eager to learn, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Previous sales experience is a plus but not required due to comprehensive training.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers effectively.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Engage and build relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs.
Follow the process and steps the dealership implements
Provide detailed information and demonstrations of new Buick and GMC vehicles.
Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to finalizing the purchase.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, and promotions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Follow up with customers post-sale to foster lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
