Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

Responsibilities

Assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all customers
Help customers identify vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Maintain strong knowledge of vehicle features, inventory, and current promotions
Follow up with customers and prospects through phone, email, and text communication
Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Work with the finance department to complete vehicle purchases
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets
Participate in ongoing dealership training and sales meetings
