Requirements

• 2-3 years dealership sales management experience required.
• Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Superior auto sales and sales management experience.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved.
• Responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.
• Ensure sales goals are attained.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales staff.
• Manage daily activity of the sales staff.
• Ensure sales people are engaging with customers.
• Track ad sourcing.
