• Review repair orders and ensure all work is performed according to company standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
• Assist in maintaining service schedules and ensuring adequate staffing for timely task completion.
• Provide regular updates to relevant teams about vehicle readiness and repair timelines.
• Support the service team in addressing and resolving any operational challenges.
