About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Orientation and transition programs for first-year, transfer/non-traditional, international, and virtual students.
  • Contribute to the organization and execution of annual orientation programming.
  • Support the execution of International Student Orientation and Virtual Orientation.
  • Assist with Housing and Conference Services Coordination.
  • Support the hiring and training of approximately 30 student staff members.
  • Orchestrate student development opportunities focusing on employability growth.
  • Organize and run the Peer Navigator program, supervising 15-30 peer mentors.
  • Support data collection and campus collaboration for the peer mentorship program.
  • Plan and support Parent & Family Weekend activities.
  • Participate in various hiring committees and Student Affairs events.
