About The Position

Are you a seasoned restaurant professional with a passion for training and development? We're looking for an experienced New Store Opening (NSO) Trainer to join Vibe Restaurants. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing our new restaurants and their teams for a successful grand opening by leading on-site training and providing post-opening support and analysis. What You'll Do: As an NSO Trainer, you'll be a key part of our growth by ensuring our new locations are set up for success from day one. Your responsibilities will include: Pre-Opening Preparation: You'll participate in weekly support calls to give recommendations on product ordering, scheduling, and training based on sales forecasts. You'll also complete a pre-opening checklist to make sure the restaurant is ready for training. On-Site Training & Development: You'll lead on-site operational training for managers and teams at our Wingstops locations. This includes providing training on our Point-of-Sale (POS) and Back-Office (NBO) systems. Post-Opening Evaluation: After each new restaurant opens, you'll create a training summary and analyze business trends. You'll then review your findings and provide recommendations for improvement to our leadership team.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • At least two years of experience in a restaurant operations training role or a similar position
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Clear verbal and written English communication
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to a major airport
  • Be prepared for prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • Be able to lift up-to 25 lbs
  • This is an on-the-road position that requires a minimum of 75% travel based on our new store opening calendar
