About The Position

We’re looking for a New Store Opening Trainer who’s energized by fast-paced retail and passionate about building confident, connected teams from day one. In this role, you’ll travel to new store openings throughout the year to facilitate Vuori’s NSO training curriculum, bringing our mission, values, product, and service philosophy to life in a way that feels practical, engaging, and true to who we are as a brand. The New Store Opening Trainer is responsible for facilitating and overseeing training programs for new Vuori locations. You’ll partner closely with Sr. Manager of Training, District and Store leaders—as well as cross-functional teams—to assess training needs, gather real-time feedback, and continuously improve materials so they stay relevant and impactful as we grow. If you’re a strong facilitator and coach who thrives in ambiguity, builds trust quickly, and loves developing others, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping the store experience and creating a culture of learning across our fleet.

Responsibilities

  • You are an expert in Vuori’s culture, mission, vision, values and product.
  • Travel to multiple new store openings throughout the year to train our teams and support with opening week.
  • Facilitate NSO training curriculum, focused on new store openings.
  • Partner with the cross functional departments to provide feedback and ensure that our training materials are up to date and meeting the needs of the business.
  • Partner with the Senior Training Manager to help build facilitation and training programs for the new store openings and the existing fleet, as time allow.
  • Partner with District Managers and General / Store Mangers to gather feedback on trainings and identify any training gaps.
  • Provide timely and proactive training feedback to Senior Manager of Training to keep our trainings impactful and effective.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
