The New Product Introduction Pilot Operator IV role at Philips involves supporting new production introduction projects at the Plymouth, MN facility. This position is critical in the development and assembly of new products, requiring the operator to operate development equipment effectively. The operator will assist development teams in defining process procedures and parameters, ensuring that all processes are documented accurately in the Lot History Record. Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (G.M.Ps) is essential, particularly concerning material labeling, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the proper segregation of materials during production. In this role, the operator will be responsible for measuring and recording process parameters once they are established. Attention to detail is paramount, as the operator must ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. The position requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others, demonstrating strong communication skills and a commitment to quality and safety in a regulated environment. Candidates for this position should have a strong background in cleanroom production assembly environments, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to use a microscope routinely and possess good hand-to-eye coordination. The role demands physical stamina, as operators must be able to stand for extended periods. Successful candidates will also need to meet specific physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements, with or without accommodation.
