Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field required
• 2 or more years of relevant experience required
• Microsoft Office applications, SAP preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate sourcing activities for assigned new programs and act as primary sourcing point of contact to project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to clearly define the project scope and develop a project plan, to include budget and schedule.
• Prepare and present deliverables for the sourcing portion of gate reviews for assigned programs.
• Report on sourcing metrics during periodic program reviews.
• Coordinate solicitation of competitive bids for components and/or assemblies with the internal commodities teams.
• Consolidate and record component/assembly price, lead-time, tooling information, etc. into program management tracking sheets.
• Manage the initial creation and population of SAP purchasing info records and source lists for assigned programs.
• Assist in the evaluation of make vs buy analysis to determine optimal chain of supply for materials and suppliers.
• Coordinate with sourcing and procurement teams to support timely deliveries of components for prototype and pre-production builds.
