About The Position

Saxon is seeking an experienced Electrical Hardware Engineer for a direct hire opportunity in Missouri. This position focuses on the design, development, and troubleshooting of electronic control and monitoring circuitry for powered equipment systems, with an emphasis on quality, safety, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years in electronic hardware design
• Familiarity with ISO 26262, automotive or commercial vehicle systems
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, DMMs, CAN analysis tools, etc.
• Skilled in PADS/Mentor Graphics and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and validate electronic hardware assemblies
• Perform schematic entry and collaborate on PCB layout
• Conduct system-level safety analyses (ISO 26262)
• Test and debug prototypes and production hardware
• Define and execute verification/validation procedures
• Support and troubleshoot existing products
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software and test engineering
