About The Position

Bartow Ford is hiring an Experienced Automotive Professional Salesperson. Now is your opportunity to join one of the elite sales teams in all the Automotive Industry! The New & Pre-Owned Sales Associate is responsible for answering questions about the products and services the dealership offers with the purpose of making customers feel welcome and supported through the car-purchasing process. Compensation & Benefits: Pay - Commission average earnings between $75,000 - $100,000 per year, paid weekly We offer a state-of-the-art facility 30+ million in inventory and an aggressive compensation plan with the ability to make a six figure salary. Requirements

  • Must submit to a background check and drug test
  • Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
  • Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills
  • Interest in training additional sales associates once you get up to speed and working in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prior sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and selling new and used vehicles.
  • Need high energy, self-motivated individual who have the desire to earn a very respectable living.
  • Candidate should possess good communication skills in presenting vehicles to customers resulting in a sale.
  • Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
