About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced New Pool Construction Crew Leader to assist Superintendent with overseeing day to day crew tasks. The ideal candidate has experience in residential or commercial pool construction - from start to gunite - and can lead a team while maintaining a positive and productive job site. This role requires strong leadership skills, construction knowledge, and experience in pool building processes, including digging, plumbing, layout and form, rebar, and gunite.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in pool construction, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong understanding of construction practices, safety protocols, and pool building phases
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
minimum of English speaking required

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

Lead a crew in the construction of in-ground concrete swimming pools, including layout, excavation/digging, steel installation, plumbing, shotcrete/gunite.
Assist foreman to ensure all phases of construction are performed according to plan, specifications, and code requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact on the job site, maintaining clear communication with the Foreman and Construction Manager, subcontractors, inspectors, and homeowners
Assist with maintaining daily job logs, project updates, and site photos
Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Train and mentor crew members to develop skills and maintain high standards
