About The Position
We’re looking for a friendly, organized New Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for a Med Spa. This role supports new patients, manages calls, and ensures a smooth onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with computers and digital forms
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
Nice To Haves
- Med Spa or medical office experience
- Strong technology skills
- Experience with patient coordination or lab workflows
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls as the primary phone contact
- Help new patients complete intake paperwork and enter info into the system
- Send, track, and follow up on all lab orders
- Troubleshoot patient issues with forms, labs, or access
- Communicate with lab companies regarding payment or order issues
- Upload and organize charts after clinic as needed
