About The Position
The New Patient Coordinator (NPC) position at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is responsible for managing all aspects of new patient scheduling while providing exceptional customer service to patients, family members, and healthcare staff. This role is critical in facilitating patient care within a clinical practitioner group and involves administrative support, appointment scheduling, and effective communication to ensure a high standard of patient experience. The position is hybrid, requiring three days onsite and two days remote after an initial training period.
