HealthEquity is seeking a New Partnerships Sales Executive to identify, establish, and launch new strategic partnerships that advance the company’s long-term growth strategy. This role is responsible for originating and closing complex partnership agreements across the healthcare and financial services ecosystems, from initial opportunity identification through contracting and into the early stages of implementation and data integration.This is a senior, externally facing sales leadership role requiring deep experience in new partnership creation, complex deal structuring, and executive-level negotiation. The successful candidate will own the full life-cycle of partnership sales and work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure partnerships are strategically aligned, commercially sound, and operationally viable.
